Rome has been pushing this agenda since 321 AD and the "Little Horn" of the books of Daniel in the Old Testament and Revelation in the New Testament carried that banner of blood for 1260 years. The popes in our time, including JP 2 and pope Francis, have stated to the most powerful country in the world, the United States, that Sunday worship must be enforced NOW if we are to stop the world's problems. This book is very informative. It explains things that are to take place in the future. Shows you how it came about and where things are headed. It warns you so you can be prepared.

My mom and I actually read this book a few years ago. It puts a lot of things on your mind. Especially for those of us that may have grown up with religion all around us. This book gives a totally different perspective because it is outside the box.

This book is an eye-opener. It revealed many hidden things to me. It has given me the zeal to search the scriptures even further.

This book is a must have for anyone considering the history of the past, it greatly details the reformers and the applications couldn't be any clearer. The last half of the book bring explains the misconceptions of our Christianity in a rational manner. It is also comprehensive, the title of the book tells the theme and we have a choice in the matter. The justice it delineates is holistic, fair and loving. You may come away with a changed worldview.

Excellent explanation about what to expect while living in this world nowadays however, this book brings also a bright hope that Jesus will come back very very soon. It give us coordinates, show us signs accordingly with the Bible and tell you exactly what to do when you are unsure about who to listen, what to follow and really trust. Comforting words yet straight up forward. With no doubt Ellen White was used by God when writing this book. May God Himself bless us all.

This is an outstanding history of Christianity. The martyrs who stayed with the faith regardless of suffering death and persecution by the Roman Empire and the Catholic Church after the Roman Empire accepted Christianity. It is highly detailed and we learn about the reformers and their staunch faith. It is more than that, but I highly recommend this to any Christian who is interested in the history of the Christian faith and how the teachings of Jesus have been changed over the years. Beware of false teachers and they are all around us today.

Everything said in this book is backed up by the Bible and our own ancient world history. I recommend this book looking for absolute Biblical truth.

This book is one of the greatest Bible resources I have ever read. I am not sure why this is not in the hands of every Sunday School and Bible teacher. Ellen White lays out the scriptures along with history to explain things in a way that is easy to understand yet enlightining.
